Learning new skills is something that is a part of our everyday business. Our training initiative is tailored to our evolving business needs to help keep our people up to date with emerging technology, new policies and updated processes.
We also have many great opportunities for traineeships in the construction materials testing field, with a dedicated Training Co-ordinator focussed entirely on facilitating a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (MSL 40122) qualifications for our technical staff.
An Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualification is only part of our training system. Our trainees are provided with the strongest of mentorship programs from some of the most experienced staff in the industry.
This mentorship is underpinned by a rigorous schedule of competency assessments, reporting via our Staff Management and Compliance (SMAC) system.
