Complaints and Appeals Procedure

Complaints

Students are encouraged to raise any concerns about their training experience, including services, staff conduct or decisions that affect their study. A complaint allows you to formally outline the issue so it can be reviewed, responded to and, where possible, resolved in a fair and timely way. Complaints are acknowledged within five working days and are managed confidentially in line with our Complaints and Appeals Policy.

Appeals

Students have the right to request a review of an assessment outcome or any decision that affects their training. An appeal allows you to ask for your matter to be reconsidered by someone who was not involved in the original assessment or decision. Appeals are acknowledged within five working days, and wherever possible, a written outcome will be provided within thirty days. All appeals are managed impartially and in line with our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
