Day encourages all of us to normalise talking about what is going on in our lives and to have genuine conversations about mental health. This year’s campaign message, Ask R U OK? Any Day is a reminder that we do not need to wait for the second Thursday in September. If someone is on your mind today, today is the day to ask.
