Construction Sciences Foamed Bitumen Supervisor and Engineer Theja Rathnayake recently delivered a presentation on the role of laboratory testing and technical expertise in supporting stabilisation design and verification. Her presentation outlined how engineering support provided by quality testing of foamed bitumen and trial mixes contributes to reliable pavement performance and project outcomes.

The Construction Sciences SA team has travelled approximately 2,000km through Central Australia, via Uluru in the Red Centre, to deploy to the Blackstone community in WA to support quality assurance for a new power station project.
